How much notice do you need for orders?
We require one month’s notice on all orders. we want to ensure we are fully prepared to create the best board possible for your experience.
Can you customize boards for dietary restrictions or allergies?
Yes! Whether you’re gluten free, dairy free, or catering to everything at once, we can accommodate.
How does it work?
After reviewing your survey responses, we will reach out to confirm your event. We will carefully select the ingredients to create a board that meets your dietary preferences. We will source these ingredients within 24 hours of your event to ensure maximum freshness.
On the day of your event, please allow us ample time for setup. The time required will depend on the size of your board, and we’ll be in touch to confirm the details!
Once your board is set up, we’ll leave you to enjoy it.
Please note, we do not provide breakdown or cleanup services — the board is yours to enjoy after we’ve finished setting up!
How long does setup typically take?
Setup time depends on the size and complexity of your board. On average, it takes about one hour, but for our larger spreads, it can take up to two. We'll work closely with you to coordinate the setup in advance and ensure everything is beautifully arranged and ready for your event.
Are the groceries and food items included in the quoted price?
Yes, the quoted price for each of our packages includes all the groceries. Please note that requests for specific premium or specialty items may incur an additional cost, which we will discuss with you beforehand.
Do you provide serving utensils and plates?
Upon request, we can include this on your day!
Is the board itself included in the cost, or is it a rental?
We prepare these spreads directly on butcher paper due to their size and presentation style.
What is your cancellation policy?
We totally understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. However, we kindly ask for advance notice if you need to cancel. For cancellations made within 48 hours of your event, we’ll charge 50% of the order. This helps us keep the cheese coming and ensures we can keep delivering the best charcuterie experience for everyone!
